What we need to quote properly
The most common reason a quotation takes longer than it should is an enquiry that specifies a product rather than a duty. If you already have a drawing, send it. If you do not, send the operating conditions instead — our application team would genuinely rather have the conditions, because that is what allows us to check whether the part you have in mind is the right one.
